Accounts Page Interface

The Accounts Page is the first screen after signing in. It displays your projects and provides access to account-wide features. Owners and Managers see additional tabs and toolbar buttons — see Owner & Manager View.

A	Top Bar — global navigation, help, and user settings
A1	Hamburger menu	Opens the Recent Projects panel for quick navigation.
A2	Ex-Online logo	Click to return to the Accounts Page from anywhere.
A3	Scheduled Jobs	Opens the Scheduled Jobs page for background tasks.
A4	Help	Opens help, tutorials, and downloads.
A5	User Menu	Profile, preferences, and log out.
A6	Current User	Shows who is currently signed in.
B	Orange Bar — switch accounts and view your projects
B1	Account selector	Switch between accounts you belong to.
B2	PROJECTS tab	Lists projects in the selected account.
C	Toolbar — actions for the selected project
C1	Open button	Opens the selected project into the Project Dashboard.
D	Grid — lists your projects and lets you select one to open
D1	Green circle icon	Click to open the Project Info Panel for that project.
D2	Project grid	Click a row to select it, then use the toolbar to open it.

Top Bar

The dark header bar runs across the top of every screen in Tag Browser (zone A in the map above).

Element	Description
Hamburger menu	Opens the Recent Projects panel for quick navigation.
Ex-Online logo	Returns you to the Accounts Page from anywhere.
Scheduled Jobs	Opens the Scheduled Jobs page for background tasks.
Help dropdown	Help — opens this documentation site Tutorials — video walkthroughs (external link) Downloads — import templates (see Import Package Format)
User Menu dropdown	Profile — edit your name, phone, and password; view active sessions and log out all sessions Preferences — choose whether to skip the Accounts Page and go straight to your last project on login Log Out — end your session
Current User	Shows who is currently signed in.

Orange Bar

The orange bar (zone B) contains the Account Select dropdown and the PROJECTS tab. Selecting a different account refreshes the page with that account’s projects. Owners and Managers see additional tabs — see Owner & Manager View.

Toolbar

The toolbar (zone C) contains the Open button, which opens the selected project in the Project Dashboard.

Project Grid

The grid (zone D) lists every project you have access to with columns: Account, Job No., Project Name, Description, Client, Defects, Actions, Users, and Items. Each column is sortable by clicking its header and filterable via the Filter icon next to the column name. See Filtering and Sorting for details.

Each row has a green circle icon on the left — click it to open the Project Info Panel, a read-only overlay showing project details, users, and events.

The pager bar at the bottom provides page navigation, items-per-page control, and a Refresh button.
